hello,everytime i beat prof .elm he rewarding me with miracle seed...so far i think in not just bad luck but he have bug...

I can't see a bug in that, the Boss rewards items randomly.

The chances are probably higher to get a Miracle Seed Item than to get a Johto Starter, that's why you get Miracle Seed that often. I have gotten different rewards in my last two fights vs Elm.

"Random Reward : Miracle Seed, Charcoal, Mystic Water, Shiny Ston, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Chikorita, Togepi"
