To whom this may concern,

 

I was on the rout that is located to the left of Lavender Town when I encountered a trainer battle. Halfway through the battle my client crashed and I am no longer able to sign into the PRO Red Server. I am able to access PRO Blue and PRO Yellow, but I do not want to restart all of my progress and make my friend (who told me about this game) restart just because of a bug.

Red server is down for all at the moment, just be patient and wait for it to come back up. No eta on downtime yet though.

If you were in a trainer battle, it will either tp you to the last pokecenter you visited or you will be rolled back from like the last 2mins of what progress you had done before server crashed (rollback).

Thank you for the info, my dashboard was telling me the server was up so it confused me when I wasn't able to log into the server. :thanks:

Edit: I have just realized that is my account status and not the server status.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced this inconvenience. The red server had crashed and that is why you experienced being kicked from the game like that.
