I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Have you verified that you are logging onto the correct server? You can log on to the dashboard and check your progress on each of the servers. Then try to log into the one you have the most progress on.

most progress server is red cuz i just start since yesterday cause everythings before that was reseted
