Been waiting a while to be able to use a semi-epic joltik that came out regular atk spec'd. Only thing I been waiting for to finish building it is wild charge. I was so happy when I found out it was added until this happened.

I have also included this, so you understand why I think this move belongs on Joltik.

The list on the right are moves learned by TM. At the bottom is Wild Charge, TM93.

The source of that page is https://pokemondb.net/pokedex/joltik

I know most people would never run joltik like this and that it would not be good in pvp. I hope this is a bug and not done with intention. If it was done with intention, please explain why so I am not left misunderstanding anything. I am also going to probably be looking for an epic tauros too that I would put that move on. It too is listed to be able to learn it via TM. I hope after all that it takes to find the one I want, that I don't have this same problem.

Thank you for your time, attention and concern.

Malisith, only final evolutions and certain pre-evolutions can use the TM Teachers; so just Galvantula can learn it. :P

 • random number generation

An acronym for "random number generator" or "random number generation", it refers to the process by which computers generate apparently random numbers, essentially the computer equivalent of 'chance'.

Malisith, the TM Teacher are just temporary till we get the proper TM's but basically it's only the final evolutions since if you include EVERYONE who can learn that TM, it would first of all longer to add the TM Teachers and it might could cause problems (Serverlaggs)
