However, I'm unsure about your problem since I'm using a debit card for Paypal and it works fine for me. On Paypal, click the "Wallet" button on the navigation bar and under "Debit and credit cards," click "Add a card." Thanks, I never knew there were more options, I feel kinda dumb right now. I've even discovered by heading back to the paypal page that I am able to use me debit card to place money on my Paypal account with a few easy steps. Thank you!
