Choice Scarf sometimes dont give the Speed boost in first Turn. In my case, when my enemy put stealth rock.

I dont take a picture but typhlosion Scarf have More speed than weavile Life orb.

If happens again i try to take a picture.

Every time after you log in, the first time you use a move it won't apply the choice item effect. However when you've used once, it will after apply it for the rest of the time you are online if the pokemon still holds the choice item. So I'd suggest you do what many do, battle a wild pokemon each time you log in fresh, use a move against it, then run/kill it, to apply the scarf and other choice items effects.

Bump ^^ Almost all the time we dont think to kill a random poke when enter in pvp with scarf poke. So that create some surprise ! Better to resolve that bug (bugged since 1month ago !)

Well today scarf bug first turn happened even after i kill a random poke (with my poke scarfed) when i log ^^ Sorry for double post but meh

Did you logged out after you beaten the random wild mon ? If not, you were probably still slower, even with the scarf, than the opposite mon.
