I'm sorry to hear about this inconvenience. You should tell your friend to check the status of your account on the Dashboard in order to find the length and status of his ban. If he feels like the ban was unjust, he should make a post in the Discipline Appeals sub-forum. I'd also like to remind you of our forum rules:

If you have screenshots of the trade agreement between you and your friend, you should make a post in the Report Center with the proper evidence(screenshot of the trade agreement) so that your pokemon can be retrieved. That being said, I will now lock the thread and I hope you have a good day! :)
