Why Roserade cant re-learn old roselia moves ? Im asking bcs i evolved my budew into roserade and i have only mega drain :<

simply because it's not supposed to relearn moves from prior evolutions, I guess you want Giga Drain? It's an Egg move for Roserade. :)

Learn it sludge bomb , giga drain (eggmove or learnt by tutor Erika boss )

The other teams are up to you, you can put entry Hazard like spikes or leech seed or sleep powder or hidden power ( if it has hp ice or fire ) ...
