i was doing the celebi quest, and i got the GS ball, and deliever to the scientist. I went to the bell tower, and got all the datas of the dogs. But when i go to talk with the scientist in bell tower it says that i didnt get the datas, although they are in my dex. Anybody knows what happend?

its before legendary dog is uncatchable, he give bell instead now

dont worry you still can catch celebi without that

you don't need the dogs bell to catch celebi
