[glow=purple]Moved to proper place[/glow] Hello Highrise and yes, Oval Stone is coded to make Happinys evolve into Chansey. You can find Oval Stone from Happiny spawn in Love Island as an example, to make it work is simply by battling a battle versus a random spawn in the wild while in full happiness and during the day.
