can u add Moonblast TM to the stores or like u did in the event map (focus blast,enegry ball, etc..)

Moonblast was never a TM so why should they add it as "TM Teacher", doesn't make much sense and if you are referring to Clefable missing Moonblast.

It is an pre-evolution move for Clefable so only Clefairy could learn it.

Arnie is currently working on a pre-evo tutor so it might be in-game soon. :)

As it was told before, the staff may not add a TM for Moonblast. Luckily, the Pokemon which learn the attack by leveling are able to do this, and some can do it with eggmoves. You will probably find help with what exist or what you want by looking in the Guide Section in the future.
