I love Whimsicott but the abundance of the move Cotton Guard and the not working moves Encore and Substitute really make it hard to make Whimsicott viable. I would love to be able to use Whimsicott to it's full potential if those moves would be implemented.

 

The reasons I could come up with as to why those moves don't work are as following:

• Cotton Guard is too overpowered on Whimsicott for PVP in your guys' opinion, which I can understand, but Belly Drum is in the game and is working which is way more overpowered in my opinion.

• Substitute and Encore are annoying moves, especially in PVP. Combine it with Whimsicott's Prankster and people will start pulling out their hair. If the reason as to why those moves is because it is too annoying, I would suggest taking out Talonflame's Brave Bird+Gale Wings / Togekiss's Serene Grace + Air Slash & Thunder Wave etcetera etcetera.

• Those moves are simply (too) hard to code / are low on the priority list of moves that work. If that's the case, then I don't get why Substitute and Encore are in the game,
  even though they aren't functional.

 

I hope that if the reasoning in the first 2 points I came up with are correct, that you could rethink it and potentially implement the moves into the game. If it's the third point that I made that's correct, then I'd like to know why Substitute and Encore are in the game when not functioning. If it's neither of the points I made, then I'd like to know what the point actually is.

i love too try yo put in pvp teams but the fact even encore not coded make it hard to play with him encore its a good move something diference about meta in pro (blissey,slowbro,talón,gliscor) just like substitute, another facts its no stun spore tutor o egg move so you have too put in like cottonee, tailwind its another set for whimsi that its no code like switcheroo, well like whimsi are very pokes that need this moves not all ppl want to play walling cmon
