i'm hunting Razor Claw on Sneasel but no one has it :(((((((. I want to get a Razor Claw without tranding.

Then you have to hunt for more Sneasels.

Tip: A Pokemon with the ability Frisk can tell you if the wild Poke holds an item. And the attack Covet takes the item form the wild Poke so you don't have to catch it.
