Server Updates Annoying

Featured Replies

Hi I am writing this on behalf of myself and other players who find these random server shut downs without warning annoying.

A warning or time given would be much appreciated in case others are fighting bosses/quests and more that may result in a cooldown making it extrememly annoying to wait before doing it again.

This may have been just a faulty glitch in the server but it has been happening way too often. Just a note from the community. Thank you :)

Hey there Kibitz!

I am sorry to hear and apologize that you and the rest of the Blue Server have experienced this inconvenience. Unfortunately what you have experienced was a random crash. When we shut down the servers for maintenance, there is a message we send out so the players are aware that the servers will be closing. However in the cases of random crashes like these, they are random and due to their nature and it is impossible to predict and send out a warning before the server goes down. I apologize for the inconveniences that these cause. In situations like these, you can use the Server Status Checker for the Blue Server to help you know when the Blue Server is back up again. I apologize again for the inconvenience, and I hope you enjoy the rest of your week! :)
