When i open this way, it takes a little longer to show the error, but still shows the same error in the end :/ Could it be some sierra related issue? Neroli Posted June 19, 2017 Share Posted June 19, 2017 Hello Rafaella Could you try to follow these steps, maybe this will solve your problem : Do you see something written in the red rectangle ? If yes, you should authorize your Mac to execute PRO, sometimes the system might block the game. Also, try to use Unarchiver as Shaui said to extract the file.
