Are you sure that you are logging onto the correct server or account? You can check your account progress here on the Dashboard, and try logging into the the server you have the most progress on. Here's a picture to help you incase you need help changing servers: Simply select the desired server from the drop down list and then log in to change servers :) Until we meet again.
