Hello, I just started the hunt for those pokemon. Even though i had no trouble at all finding Latias in Lylicove dep. Store roof i had no luck finding Latios in any of the 10 locations. I went twice in every single one and still Latios is MIA (yes i went back to my place to watch the news after finding Latias.)

Ill appriciate if you guys can help me.

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue, have you tried going back to your house in Hoenn and watching the TV for news about Latios before searching Hoenn for him? And also have you tried the steps and locations from this guide?

yes i did everything. I even went back to the house second time to watch the news. If you want i can get screenshots from each location to prove my point. I appriciate your reply.
