Hello, PRO staff. I just started playing this game on the Blue server, spent the 5 bucks to get a membership and have found out that all of my buddies were playing Red all a long.... Lmao is it possible to get switched over to Red, or get a refund so I could spend the money on Red instead? If not, I mean I guess I don't mind not having friends. That's cool I guess. Thanks in advanced for any help I may receive regarding my issue.

Hello [mention]Nshimley[/mention] and I am sorry that that unfortunate event happen, in order to be able to help, can you tell me if you wasted the coins yet?

Also, if you wish to switch servers it would be required for you to restart your progress, we do not transfer data through servers. In case of the coins it could get removed and added to the other server if not wasted yet.

Hey, I appreciate the reply! I have used 50 coins on a medalion, but have 50 left. I have only been a member for a day so if it is possible to remove my membership, I'm totally cool with it in order to get my membership in Red. As for restarting my progress, it kinda sucks but if it's what I have to do, I'll take the hit! Thanks again for the reply.

Unfortunatly we wouldn't be able to take the activated membership you have at the moment in that account, but the 50 coins would be able. Do you want to go through with this then?
