Need help with game client. PLS HELP.

Ok,

First of all, I feel irritating, for a reason I'm gonna state out below here. I live in Vietnam, that's a country place in South East Asia in case you don't know where it is.

For the last 2 days until now, I've experienced constants lag for an extremely long time on a certain times of day, and this was never happened before. At first I thought maybe its some problems with my internet connection, or my pc. But then I checked with my isp and they says that my connection was fine, I also tried with many sites and online programs and they works fine too. And this problem not happens with just my pc but also on my phone and laptop.

So I really don't know what cause my problem right now, and I'm asking if any staff are capable of solving this problem can help me, that would be great thing.

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

3- Restart computer

 

Mac UnZip Programs Suggestions

1-The Unarchiver

2-WinZip5

3-Keka

4-BetterZiip

 

Others solution:

Updated drive and reinstall Direct X

 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you Downloads(https://pokemonrevolution.net) the new client.

Yes, thank you for reply to me.

And no, I must say that I haven't read them yet, so I following it and so far I have tried:

- Following the guide for windows 7. (which I'm using on my PC)

- Reinstalled PRO. (PC)

- Reinstalled the latest DirectX. (PC)

I must note that this problem is happening to me right now is not continuity, but happens many times in day for the last 2 days with no specific time. I can assure you that its only me who using my internet connection, and I'm practically doing nothing but browsing web (Google Chrome) for pokemon infos, facebook, etc and playing PRO at time when the lag happen.

This problem, furthermore. Happens not only on my pc which is using windows 7, but also happening on my android, my laptop which using windows 10, and they both have the latest update. So I'm in doubt that my devices is to blame for that problem.

I will keep playing and see if the problem still happening and I will report it after that, if it does.
