my friend log in, in game and after 15 - 20 mins him caught a shiny rattata ... so i gues him take the trophy ?

Yeah. I remember a guy that found a shiny rattata in route 1 while he was going to talk back to Jackson's mom. He had like 20-30min of playtime. 2 hours isn't the record on PRO, good luck though !
