Hey, I am not sure if someone can help me but I made a great account name but l am not receiving that email despite still wanting that name. If there are actions i can take to resend the email to that email or otherwise I'd like to be able to obtain that name as it won't let me sign up with that name under a different email. I hope that makes sense.

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this inconvenience. As said on this post:

Any username used in a failed registration attempt will be locked for up to 7 days, at which point if the account is still not activated the username will become available again.

Also:

If you're not receiving the registration email, Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo emails are the most likely to receive it so trying again with one of those should remedy that, if you're already using one of those check your junk mail and then if still nothing, make sure you typed it correctly (It occasionally isn't instant but hasn't been known to take longer than 30 minutes). And you can check out the Email Issues Thread for more information.

You can also try to log in here on the Dashboard, and if you can log in on the dashboard, you will be able to log into game and your account will be activated. Make sure to check your junk email folder. Also when you attempt to register in the future, try using one of the three prefered emails (Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo) to register again with your desired username. :)
