nincada wrong evolution

i evolved my nincada at level 98. it should have evolved into a ninjask but it became a shedinja when evolved.

Unfortunately, staff cannot unevolve Pokémon so any evolution is final, nor can staff lower a Pokémon level, so if it needs to level up to evolve and reaches level 100 there is nothing that can be done and it won't be able to. You will need to make sure every requirement for evolution is met before reaching level 100. (not including evolutions that need trade of evolutionary stones as these can be done at any level)

It's recommended to evolve Pokémon around level 97-98 to avoid any unexpected issues.

Nincada's evolves work like that in PRO-->

-if leveled up with an open spot in your team, it will evolve into shedinja

-if leveled up with no open spot in your team, it will evolve into ninjask

you also only get one of the two not TWO!

 

There is nothing that can be done about that as you were aware of the fact that it will evolve into that pokemon (the evolve window showed it).
