I already complete 120 kanto catch and 32 evo but i cannot go to Trainer valley i already try to quit the game and go online again and talk to the person in goldenrod and saffron security in upstairs.

Anyone know what i must do or what i miss ?

I'm sorry to hear your inconvenience, You need to beat Red in Mt Silver and 120 Pokemon from Kanto + 38 evolved to unlock Trainers Valley!
