Zwettl Posted July 6, 2017 Share Posted July 6, 2017 I wanted to teach Energy Ball to my Joltik via the TM Teacher in Vulcan Forest, but she says that Joltik can't learn that move when it should be able to according to Serebii in the Gen V dex.
