try to catch one yourself and train it, I suggest the Pokemon Tower in lavender, any with a +spatk/+speed one is good for the E4.

It doesn't fit in any forum category since you are practically asking for free stuff, this doesn't belong in General Support either.

The E4 in Kanto are easy to beat with Gyarados/Gengar, this shouldn't be too hard to find. :p Good luck !
