Guys ludicolo can reach maximum speed 262 as i know. How is it possible to move first in a battle when my greninja has speed 367?

Ludicolo have Swift Swim ability, so in Rain Its speed will be multiplied by 2.

Ludicolo can have an Ability called Swift Swim, which you can see what it does here, which basicly gives double the speed the pokemon has if its under the Rain in battle. If during the battle against that Greninja, the Rain was on, Ludicolo will outspeed it.

I tell u the thing is the player was used a rain team u know in rain team if weather is rain some pokes spd increase like ludicolo,omastar,kingdra,kabutops etc.or maybe use qwick claw it increase speed also
