Hello guys,

a few days ago I caught a Pawniard in the valley of steel. Then the red server crashed and there was a rollback. So I didn't have my Pawniard anymore. I tried to talk to the guy next to the rock again. He just says, that the rock is interesting. So I don't have any possibility to catch it again :(

Is there any was to fix this?

sadly nope, this is also covered in the sub-forums sticky post :)

Rollbacks can happen and if you lost anything duo to a rollback, well that's sad but there is nothing PRO staff can do about it. :)

Including disconnections and rollbacks

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

Unfortunately, i'm sorry to tell you that there's nothing we can do to help you with this rollback issue. Prehax is right on this one.

 

But, what he forget to tell and that you also need to know is the fact that you can have Pawniard from other sources in the game. That one isn't the only Pawniard. In fact, there are some in Excavations sites that can appear sometimes and also as a reward from some Ingame Boss.

 

You will need to check for those sources if you want any new Pawniard :Grin:
