Hi I just bought pokecoin 1 hour ago and it still doesn't show on my shop it's still 0, I already relog many times and I know it said that it could take a while but is it normal that 1h after that I still not have the coins?

Edit: my coin are in the red server can an admin transfer it to the blue server?

i bought 100 pro coins blue server a few hours ago and i relogged many times but i still have no coins.

edit 2: ok i just create an account on red server, there are my coins... can an admin transfer it to my account on blue server ?

Someone on the game said to me that it may be on the red server I did check I create a character on red server and saw that my coins was there even if I buy it on the blue server, he said me to ask and admin on forum to transfer it

You both should make a post in the Donation Issues sub-forum and include a proof of purchase such as transaction ID, or receipt and explain that the coins went onto the wrong server.
