Kagamiin Posted July 15, 2017 Share Posted July 15, 2017 Hi I just bought pokecoin 1 hour ago and it still doesn't show on my shop it's still 0, I already relog many times and I know it said that it could take a while but is it normal that 1h after that I still not have the coins? Edit: my coin are in the red server can an admin transfer it to the blue server? Blindfurtz Posted July 15, 2017 Share Posted July 15, 2017 hey i have a similar problem. i bought 100 pro coins blue server a few hours ago and i relogged many times but i still have no coins. can you tell me what was going wrong ? does it take that much time? edit: paypal status: payment completed. edit 2: ok i just create an account on red server, there are my coins... can an admin transfer it to my account on blue server ? You both should make a post in the Donation Issues sub-forum and include a proof of purchase such as transaction ID, or receipt and explain that the coins went onto the wrong server.
