Guest James Posted November 7, 2015 Share Posted November 7, 2015 As we all know hm's for the most part are pretty useless in battle(few exceptions i.e surf). My suggestion is simple. Have the option to teach your pokemon hms, but just for outside of battle purposes. Example I use hm fly on my pidgeot. Use it on him and I select "just for outside of battle".
