I'm stuck in loading map

Hello, I was coming into a house in Goldenrod city (the house you get watering can for Sudowoodo) when appear the screen of "loading map", but map does not load, I am bug in this point, I can go out of this screen.

My friend NightUmbreon7, who was playing at the same time with me, is also stuck in this point.

 

Please help us admin. Thanks a lot.

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

3- Restart computer

 

Others solution:

Updated drive and reinstall Direct X

 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you Downloads(https://pokemonrevolution.net) the new client.

Also try to clear your temporary files and running pro as administrator. If this fails, try to restart your pc.

Thank you for your options but I think this is not my problem. In other post another admin said you are restarting servers; I hope this fix my problem. Thanks anyway.

The servers were rebooted and should be back up now, try logging in now. :Grin:
