I haven’t played a game in the series since Pokemon Gold and Silver on the Gameboy Color. :Shocked:

 

Pokemon got way too complicated and bloated for me after the first 251 and I just stopped. Occassionally, I would hear about newer versions and the implimented systems

(EV, IV, Natures, Mega Evolutions and what have not…)

 

Recently, I found out about Pokemon Revolution Online through my Youtube recommendations. The prospect of rediscovering Kanto and Johto with hundreds of other people?

That sounded awesome and unreal, so I had to try it!

 

The moment I stepped out of Pallet Town and the Route 1 music hit, the nostalgia came rushing down on me hard. :Heart-eyes:

 

I’m currently trying to rebuild my Team from Pokemon Blue (Blastoise, Nidoking Jolteon, Gengar, Machamp and Arcanine)

 

After that its gonna be my Team from Gold or Silver (Typhlosion, Pharamp, Steelix, Vaporeon, Tyranitar, and red Gyarados)

 

...Wow, I just realized that I was able to write down my old Team from the top of my head after more than ten years!

 

I heard they will implement newer regions in the future and I love the idea of seeing everything I missed over the last decade in one big game.

 

A big :thanks: for everyone involved in this project for letting me relieve a huge part of my childhood.

I went for sentimental value instead of actual strategy. Currently I'm trying to figure out when (Growlith) and how (Haunter and Machoke) to evolve them.

It's about at what level to use the firestone on Growlith and finding somebody I can trust with trading.

Well idk much about growlithe sorry never own one but you can do empty trade(just trade 1 pokedoller and complete trade) to evolve your pokemons
