So i'm doing the Devon goods quest right now and now i need to deliver the goods to someone in the slateport museum and so i talked to the guy to get access to the museum and so i go back to talk to the guard so i can enter the museum but he still wont let me in. I've tried logging in and out and restarted my client even but still nothing.

OH LOL. I didn't know i was trying to enter the wrong place. I even tried asking people about it too so i just thought I was glitched. Thanks Shaui!
