I really like smearge, and would love to be able to use him/her while both shiny hunting and hunting for good pokemons in general. Considering this, I'd really badly like to know when the sketch ability for smeargle will be available. I've been waiting a few months now, any response will be greatly appreciated.

i doubt it will ever be coded on here but in Ruins of Alph, near the Smeargle spawn is a tutor that teaches it several moves. This includes the entire moveset for hunting (False Swipe, Spore, Soak, Taunt), as well as Seismic Toss and Flamethrower to hunt and a few more moves. :P
