Hello, i've noticed that mawile doesn't learn PLAY ROUGH at lvl 49 nor FAIRY WIND at lvl 1.

 

I know that there is a Play Rough Move Tutor but i've been wondering if it was a mistake or wanted. If that is the case i and other people are flustered by the lack of these abilities through lvling.

Not a bug, it's simply that the learnset you are looking at isn't the learnset that PRO was designed with at first. It needs to be updated, yes, but it's not a bug.

 

Generally, movepools from generation 5 onwards are not fully updated, mostly because a lot of those moves are not implemented yet.
