What have you done before the problem was there?

Entei version just installed after not playing since Karp update. When the correct preset Username and Password was used to login... character was asked to be created and set at the beginning of the game.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Searched to see if this was a common problem and it seems like it happens.

This is my sons (7 yr old) account that has the problem... not sure if my other son or I will have the same problem when we update.

sir maybe u log in at the wrong server. there are 3 server RED.BLUE and YELLOW.

try all 3 to get the correct one.

And ... that solved the problem. Sorry for post... he was really sure he was on the Red Server. Anyhow. ignore this.

As the problem is solved, I will lock this topic.
