This is my sons (7 yr old) account that has the problem... not sure if my other son or I will have the same problem when we update.

Entei version just installed after not playing since Karp update. When the correct preset Username and Password was used to login... character was asked to be created and set at the beginning of the game. What have you already tried to solve the problem? Searched to see if this was a common problem and it seems like it happens.
