not sure what "Trainers Valley Cave" is but I assume it's the Wayward Cave and Route 210 Norh; both areas are in sinnoh and not available yet.

The map "Trainers Valley Cave" is a closed area of the Trainers Valley, nothing more to add since there is nothing to see in this cave.

And as Prehax said, Route 210 North is a part of Sinnoh which is obviously not open yet.
