i keepy dying idk understand my pikachu is like level 13 his pokemon dont even have a level just question marks where the level should be .. my attacks do nothing can anyone trade me a good pokemon so i can beat him please :(

Go back to Viridian, catch a mankey or a poliwag. Don't use thunder pokes against rock pokes anymore.

You cant trade before 4 badges, also a level 13 pikachu is way too weak for brock. I suggest you catching either a mankey, poliwag or caterpie and level them, or try your luck in the viridian forest maze, maybe you are lucky and get a horsea or bellsprout from the abandoned pokemon.

whats in viridian forest maze? and also where are the makey or poliwag in the grass or the water cuz i dont have surf yet :( and which wud be best gainst brocks pokemon? mankey caterpie or poliwag?

also i thought i was a good level for brock i thought he was low level gym leader :(

to the left of viridian town, in the grass headed towards victory rd, there is mankey all the time, and poliwag at night. Poliwag is best against Brock, you wont even need to level it up much to beat him.

So my best bet is to go with poliwag? I found a Manley but it's so low level like level for do u know any areas where Manley or poliwag are higher level that I can get to early in the game?

Well..you make that mankey learn low kick and lvl up to 10 - 15....thay will do.
