Slowpoke evolves into Slowbro at level 37. It evolves into Slowbro starting at level 37 or Slowking when traded holding a King's Rock. Sadly, you are stuck with your Slowbro now, nothing you can do about it. Slowpoke evolves into Slowking while holding a Kings Rock after you traded it. Slowpoke evolves into Slowbro at level 37. Sadly, we can't do anything for you since this is not a bug. Just a mistake.
