DC from battles

Hello, i've a problem I dc reccurently from battles.

Its not a Net problem because my net is stable and I dont dc from my inter internet + I can relog insta after I get kicked out from the server. I'm simply kicked out from the game.

I dont DC randomly while I walk around on the map, it only happens in PvP Ladder and against bosses .

I just download'd the game on the PC I use now ( different from the one I was using untill now ) but the conexion and all is still the same.

If that can helps, I download'd a 32gb version but i dont remember if I download'd from the google drive or mediafire link :( .

 

I hope you guys will know what's happening , ty in advance!

Okay, I did a test :

I was walking around for like 30mins , without fighting or anything, i just walk'd around while talking in PM with friends.

after 30 mins I go to defeat brock, no problems.

I launch then a PvP after 3 rounds I'm kicked out from the server ( no lag before that , I just did an attack , wait'd around 5secs for my opposent to do so aswell, and there I dc ) So there's a chance I was lagging during thoses 5 secs where I was waiting for my opponent to pick a move , but I cant check it out, and anyway I doubt 5 secs of lag is supposed to lead into a DC otherwise I would've been deco the same way the past 30 mins where I was walking around.

Once again I did relogged Instantly the next second, no lag nothing.

 

I rly hope you can find what's going on with that new input : (

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

3- Restart computer

1-The Unarchiver

4-BetterZiip

 

Others solution:

Updated drive and reinstall Direct X

 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you Downloads(https://pokemonrevolution.net) the new client.

Also try to delete your temporary files.

I didnt try the entiere things as some of the stuff mentionned there doesnt concern me, but there's one I defo cant try its this one :

I was forced to Use the 7Zip in order to play the game for the reason that when I try it without 7zip it wasnt opening the game but it was opening a .doc , with the following sentence :

he french messages says : Adobe acrobat couldnt open pro64entei.zip because the file is corrupted or not taken in charge .( it has been wrongly uncodded for example ).

 

So due to that one matter, I had to use 7zip folowing the tips of one of a friend of mine who had that problem and who solved it by downloading and using 7zip.

 

Last thing i didnt try yet is that : Others solution:

Updated drive and reinstall Direct X

since its a last chance thing .

I have a few other solutions for you to try. Have you tried unzipping it by using your computer's built in extractor? And also have you tried to create an exception for PRO in your antivirus as well as run the game in compatibility mode?

Hello shaui, I try thoses two things when you told me about it, and since then I didnt got any DC.

It been only 2 days tho, but I played around 20 PvP ladder and I didnt got any DC since I did the last thing you told me to do.

 

So, we can call it solved I guess, even if two days is short to judge, in the worse case i can just open a new thread and report it again, but for now its working perfectly without d/c.

Thanks for your help on that case, and I hope i'll not feel the need to re-open a new thread for that matter!
