gender change pnj

Featured Replies

Hello, i would like to know how a gender changing pnj would affect the game.

I know that it will affect Ralts and its evolution family as they require specific gender. Actually i think that for this reason the rarity of ralts is doubled since you have 50% chance to get the right gender before even considering Ability and IVs.

So someone could consider to spend a considerable amount of money to change the gender of his pokemon, for perhaps the price of 30 000 pokedollars.

Also some people would Highly prefer to have a female Roserade or Marakachi. a Male Machamp or whatever.

In my opinion it's like a customisation, with not so big impact on the game. People will choose to loose their hard earned cash, or to keep farming for the comfort of the wanted gender. Was i clear in my statement?

not possible

It would require so many new script functions it wouldnt be worth doing
