Thats a known issue, but happens very very rarely, fortunatly, it does not change anything and will work as intended. But anyhow, in case it doesn't work for a certain transation that you will find (cof Hoenn), fell free to contact us and we will fix it :)

it prevents me from continuing story (Going To Hoenn) , It will tell me that the rattata doesn't belong to me
