In the event that this does not solve the issue, is it possible that you can try to create an exception for pro in your firewall or antivirus to see if that helps solve the issue? Sirmeliodas Posted August 15, 2017 Author Share Posted August 15, 2017 It still pops up my chat box and pokemon and side menu for a quick second then jumps back to black loading screen. I have always played fine from this pc so the firewall cannot be the issue because the firewall is off. now my ping is 10ms with a 41mbps download speed also.
