i am sinnoh champion now,so i want to go back kanto

 

now i am at canalave city, when i talk to the npc(Sailor Danny) go back to kanto ,

 

i am lock and can not move in place. I only can ues secape rope go back sinnoh.

 

I have the same problem when go back johto and hoenn.
