also I heard that a lot of other trainer do that.

I can confirm that; on Route 228 the NPC too are reset by a simple relog and they also grant money for every fight.

It turns out the server reached its limit for battle NPC cooldowns, Shane increased the limit just a moment ago, so it should be fixed. Can you guys try again now?
