First talk to this girl

 

 

and go to Valley Windworks, beat this guy

he is using level15 glameow after you beat him the door will be locked and you will need the password

 

 

go to floaroma and beat the galactic grunt

she is using level15 zubat, after you beat her she will give the password and you can now enter to valley windworks interior

 

 

first galactic grunt: level14 glameow

second galactic grunt: level 13 glameow and level 14 wurmple

third galactic grunt: level 15 cascoon

commander mars: level?? zubat, level?? purugly, level?? sneasel

 

 

 

 

after you beat commander mars you can now go through here
