I've been searching the forums and haven't found an answer yet.

I've recently caught this in the Bug Catching Area and was about to submit the screenshots then I noticed the the thread was already locked. It was said there that instructions will be given shortly, so I search for more threads. I saw a picture showing that there is a Volcarona Wings Distributer in the Stop House itself. But in my screenshot, I'm actually standing on where it is supposed to be.
