Hey there TheBestFriends!

As said in this guide, in order to trade you need four Kanto Gym badges, and you must be inside a pokecenter. After having the four gym badges you will be allowed to speak in trade chat as well! Once inside of a pokecenter you can right click the player you wish to trade with and select trade, or use the command /trade <username>
