Hello everyone, I need some help, please.

 

I have already read the general topic about email registration issues, but I'm still having the problem.

I probably deleted the account activation email so I can't use the activation link anymore. Is there any option for re-sending the activation email to that account?

I tried to register again that account but it says that already exists.

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this inconvenience. Have you tried checking your email's trash bin after you deleted the email? And also are you able to log into the PRO Dashboard? If you can log into the dashboard, you should be able to log into the game.

There is no email in the trash bin because I think I deleted it -.- My bad. I have tried to log into the dashboard but it says "Invalid Username or Password" and tha password can't be wrong. If I try to register again with that username, it says that already exists.

 

Someone told me that if no one activates an account, the username will be reseted again after one week. I think I will try registering again next week.
